So OOTP9 still has the cash max, but it handles revenue sharing differently.

It does it via either a luxury tax or a flat percentage of revenue. From what I've read on the boards, the percentage of revenue is closest to what happens in the MLB, and ends up benefiting all teams more.

Instead of chopping off all $$ above $15m and distributing it to everyone to get folks back to $0 who were negative, a flat percentage of every team's revenue gets put into a pool, and distributed evenly across all teams.
